WOW! I can't believe it's been two weeks since we brought Nathan home. We learned so much at the hospital from the wonderful nursing staff but that doesn't really compare to what happens when you are on your own.... My mom stayed with us last week and helped us establish a routine - thanks Mom!!!! We loved having her here and tips from Grandma have already proven to be priceless.
Saturday night was Nathan's first night in his own bed! How exciting! Before that he was staying in our room in a craddle on loan from the Russell's.
Nathan is already growing like a weed. At his follow-up doctor's appointment last Thursday he weighed in at 8 lbs 13 oz and 21 inches!!! He has a ways to go before he's ready for football try-outs but we're off to a good start :o)
Nathan keeps holding his head up and sneaking in these darling smiles so we are keeping the camera handy. Hopefully we'll catch some shots soon!
