My stay-at-home Mommy adventure has begun! Yesterday was our first day home and it was wonderful! We took a walk to the "big park" in the morning and went to Maroa in the afternoon to workout. Gma and Gpa Heckman have done such great things to the gym including adding a swing and a pool! Nathan was in heaven just running around climbing on jump boxes or sliding on the rowing machine or opening and closing all the doors.....now he really has a sweet deal. I'm sure Hannah will enjoy all these things too, but for now she is satisfied with her bouncy seat :o)
Here are a facts and figures to catch you up on other happenings:
*Nathan's 18 month appt was last week. He weighed in at 24 lbs and is now 30 inches!
*Hannah was 11 lbs at her 2 month check up but that was 3 weeks ago so I'm sure that's already changed.
Nathan is starting to repeat words and mock our actions/movements. It's scary how much information he is retaining! I'm shocked every day at what he remembers. Just this morning I told him that a sheep says "baaa" and he recited it tonight when Nick got home from work! ok he's not working to solve world peace but I'm pretty proud.
My battery is dying so I have to cut this short but I'll get the most recent pictures and other notes up soon! I'm sure I will have lots of stories in the coming weeks. Stay tuned!
