Our family is home :o) Nathan was discharged on MONDAY afternoon. We were so excited to bring him home a day early....words cannot explain the joy Nick and I are feeling!! Sophie absolutely adores Nathan...she tries to help change his diapers and races to check on him if Nathan makes the slighest noise. So sweet!!!

HOME SWEET HOME!!!!!!
